Dear Grindle,
96
9th May, 1921..
The Keeting of the Opium Commission at Geneva last week passed off quite satisfactorily.
The
main business was to settle the form of questionnaire to be sent out to the Goverments as to (1) the action taken to carry out the provisions of the Opium Convention and (2) the figures of the production, manufacture and trade in the drugs. The British Government will have to supply information not only for Great Britain but also
Colonies other than the for the self-governing Dominions, aud I shall be glad to know how many copies of the questionnaire you will want.
Fletcher was very useful to me and a very
agreeable companion.
Yours sincerely,
Malcolm Delevigne
